To cancel a servcie, do the following:

1. Go to the the "Customer Service" area.

2. Log into the "Client Area" using your email address and password (if you forgot your password, you can request it there also).

3. Click on "My Products & Services."

4. Beside the service you wish to cancel, click on the View Details Icon.

5. At the bottom is a button that says "Request Cancellation,"  click on the button and follow the instructions.
